7 of the Best Holiday Movies on Netflix

Updated: Nov 25, 2019

If you're anything like me, it's Christmas season as soon as Halloween is over! If you're not, that's okay, too. I'm all about people doing what makes them happy 😊 Either way, you're going to want to watch some fuzzy, sappy, feel-good movies at some point. My house has already witnessed me watching them for almost two weeks now 😂

I've put together a list of my favorites, all of which are currently available to stream on Netflix, and two coming later this year that I'm excited to see. Happy reading, happy watching, and Happy Holidays!

1. White Christmas

While not specifically about Christmas, this classic is a must-view in my family during the holiday season. It's not the season until Bing Crosby has sung White Christmas! I've already watched it twice this year. No shame!

2. The Spirit of Christmas

I save this movie to my list so I can watch it year-round, and have already viewed it once this season 😂 It's your typical, Hallmark-esque movie, but I love it!

3. A Christmas Prince

This Netflix original has all the elements of a feel-good, romantic, holiday movie. If you can't tell by now, those are my favorites! Yes, I've watched it already, too LOL

4. A Christmas Prince: The Royal Wedding

The sequel to A Christmas Prince, we continue our fairytale romance, complete with snow-covered mountains and holiday cheer. Do I need to share that I've already watched it this year?? Because I have 😂

5. How The Grinch Stole Christmas

As cute as the new, animated version was, the Jim Carrey one will always be my favorite. Every time I hear someone has never seen it, I immediately recommend a viewing!

6. Christmas Inheritance

Another Netflix original that captures the feeling of a romantic, holiday movie 😊 Is the ending somewhat predictable? Of course. Am I still going to watch it and be thrilled with how it all turns out? Absolutely!

7. Holiday Engagement

Oh. Man. A fake fiance? Fooled parents? Thanksgiving turkey? Sounds like my kind of movie!

And, coming soon....

1. A Christmas Prince: The Royal Baby

No trailer yet, but I'm excited to continue the story in Aldovia!

2. The Knight Before Christmas

EDIT: I have since watched this one and I. Love. It!

Y'all know how I feel about time travel. And Christmas. And knights. I cannot wait to watch this one when it comes out at the end of the month!

So, what do you think? Any movies I should have listed, but didn't? Let me know your favorites in the comments!
